The Holiday Inn Express - Crystal River, 1203 N.E. 5th Street Crystal River FL, 34428 is offering standard double rooms for $118 per night. They will have a limited free breakfast available at 5:30 a.m. on Friday. Room rates do not include local taxes. Our rate is valid through November 1, 2022.
We suggest arriving on Wednesday or early Thursday to relax and discover Citrus County You can swim with the manatees before the race!
We finish Stage 1 on Friday, November 11th at Carney Island Preserve, near Ocklawaha. The closest hotels are about 25-28 minute drive. This year we'll return to Holiday Inn Express Silver Springs. In addition to being the best rate we could find, it's right along the Stage 2 bike course near mile 20. (There is a huge car convention in Ocala so we try to avoid that crowd.) Stage #2 ends at Camp Keystone near Starke, Florida. This property will be both the stage and host for our lodging on Saturday, November 12th. There are no other hotels in the area. Camp Keystone hotel rooms offer you the comfort of resort accommodations with a camping theme. Each building consists of 11 rooms with two queen beds, and 1 room with one queen bed, that is ADA wheelchair accessible. All of these rooms have a full, private bath. Reservations for hotel rooms are $129 per night. Reservations can be made via contacting info@sommersports.com with names of all who will be staying with you (up to 4 per room) along with e-mail for invoice/payment. Sommer Sports will invoice you via e-mail from Paypal for your $129 payment.
